Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring prior high-acuity trauma/neuro/surgical ICU experience and strong independent skills.

Details

• Work in the ICU unit of a hospital environment
• Handles complex, high acuity trauma, neuro, and surgical ICU patients
• Alternating day and night 12-hour shifts (7:00-19:30 and 19:00-7:30)
• Weekend shifts will be scheduled, which may include consecutive weekends
• 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

• Active MT or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1.5 years of prior ICU RN experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with complex ICU patients
• Candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility
