Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Charge Nurse for an ICU position at an LTACH facility, requiring ICU and charge experience with a TX or compact license.

Details

• Work in the ICU unit of a Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)
• Provides ICU and intermediate care at critical care levels
• Cares for both ICU and med-surg patient flow
• Patient ratios up to 1:5 at maximum
• Night shift, 3x12-hour schedule from 19:00 to 07:00
• Weekend work required every other weekend
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license with no current restrictions
• Minimum 2 years recent ICU nursing experience
• Prior experience as a Charge RN is required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience providing both ICU and IMC level care
