American Traveler is seeking an RN with at least one year of Labor & Delivery experience and a valid MT or compact RN license for a night shift role.

Details

• Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
• Night shifts with 12-hour schedule, three shifts per week
• Care for laboring mothers and newborns in a busy inpatient setting
• Uses EPIC for charting and documentation
• May be required to float to other departments within scope and qualifications
• On-call responsibilities may be required during regularly scheduled shifts

Requirements

• Active RN license for Montana or compact states required and must be in hand before consideration
• At least one year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with ASN required; BSN preferred
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• ACLS, NRP, or other certifications appropriate for the unit preferred
• EPIC EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

• Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum processes
• Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Perform health teaching, therapy, and restorative care as needed
• May supervise or teach others as part of daily work
• Must comply strictly with all hospital documentation and regulatory requirements
• Holiday coverage may be required per hospital policy
• Permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
