American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Tyler, TX, requiring Epic experience and active TNCC certification.

• Emergency Department (ER) setting with 14 beds/rooms
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active TX or Compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience required, with prior travel experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• Candidates residing in the following TX counties are not eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
• Travel pairs or groups will not be considered
• RTO is limited to no more than 3 days per contract and is not permitted during the first week of orientation
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
