American Traveler is hiring an experienced CVOR RN for a cardiovascular operating room position requiring open heart surgery experience and the ability to scrub.

Details

• Hospital-based Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) setting
• Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Weekend call required, approximately 4 call shifts per 6-week schedule
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR nursing experience required
• Open heart surgery experience required
• Must be able to scrub
• 2 supervisory professional references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide perioperative nursing care for cardiovascular surgical patients including open heart procedures
• Local candidates within 60 miles of the facility are accepted
