Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Behavioral Health unit position requiring a minimum of 18 months of acute care experience and an active OH or Compact RN license in hand.

Details

• Inpatient Behavioral Health unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
• Responsibilities include milieu management, medication management, patient assessments, and clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active Ohio or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• Minimum 18 months of recent behavioral health experience in an acute care (non-psychiatric) facility
• Minimum 18 months of permanent employment experience in a short-term acute care hospital (non-psychiatric) prior to travel
• One recent professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the behavioral health specialty required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• This position is in a hospital-based behavioral health unit, not a standalone psychiatric facility
• Travelers may not exceed 18 consecutive months at any Cleveland Clinic location
• A minimum 6-month break is required before beginning another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location
