Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift travel contract, requiring at least 2 years of ER experience and active Epic proficiency.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
• Floating within scope may be required to meet facility needs
• Weekends required on an as-needed basis
• No on-call requirements
• Block scheduling is not available for this position

Requirements

• Active FL or Compact RN license required (no pending licenses accepted)
• Current certifications required at time of consideration: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• NIHSS certification required prior to start date
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience required
• Epic EMR experience at a level 3 or 4 required
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration

• Local candidates are accepted at the same pay rate
• This is a nicotine-free facility — all travelers must be nicotine-free with no exceptions; a negative 10-panel drug screen including cotinine (nicotine) is required
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront, as RTO added after submission will likely not be approved
• Time-sensitive onboarding modules must be prioritized and completed promptly upon confirmation of assignment
• Travelers may not work more than 18 consecutive months across any Cleveland Clinic locations; a minimum 6-month break is required before beginning another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location
