American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a CVOR position requiring broad cardiovascular surgical competency and recent Epic experience.

Details

• Hospital-based Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
• Day shift schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
• On-call requirement of one night per week (2:30 PM – 6:00 AM the following morning)
• Every 5th weekend on-call: Saturday 7:00 AM through Monday 6:00 AM
• Performs a broad range of cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures including CABG, MVR, AVR, TVR, ECMO, TAVR, TCAR, Impella insertion/removal, and thoracic/lung procedures
• EMR: Epic — experience within the last 12 months is required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license in Tennessee (TN) or a valid Compact RN license
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR/cardiovascular OR nursing experience
• Demonstrated competency across a broad range of cardiovascular and thoracic surgical cases
• Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months required
• Must provide two professional references for consideration
