American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) day shift position in Reno, NV, requiring a valid NV RN license and at least 2 years of IMCU experience.

Details

• Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) in a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule
• 13-week contract length
• Epic EMR used for charting; training available during orientation or candidates may test out

Requirements

• Active NV RN license required (candidates who have never held a NV temp or perm license may still be considered but must apply for licensure promptly upon offer)
• All certifications must be AHA-issued
• Minimum 2 years of IMCU experience required
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• Blocked scheduling is not permitted
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed prior to consideration
• A 13-week break is required before a returning traveler or former employee may begin a new contract at this facility
• Coverage for a minimum of 2 major holidays is required
• KRONOS is used for time tracking
