American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Pre-Operative (Pre-Op) position requiring a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience, including Neuro and Thoracic backgrounds, with a Monday–Friday day shift schedule.

Details

• Pre-Op unit located on the ground floor of a hospital setting
• Monday through Friday schedule, 5 days per week on 8-hour day shifts (5:30am–2:00pm)
• No on-call responsibilities
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license required
• Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of Pre-Op or perioperative nursing experience required
• Neuro and Thoracic experience required
• Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break before being considered
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
• EMR experience should be noted in work history
