American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Telemetry/Observation position in Jacksonville, FL, requiring cardiac drip management experience and every-other-weekend availability.

Details

• Observation Unit focused on short-term monitoring and rapid evaluation of patients prior to discharge or inpatient admission
• Works closely with the Emergency Department and hospitalist teams in a fast-paced environment
• Higher cardiac acuity patient population, including management of titrating cardiac drips
• High patient turnover with strong clinical variety
• Night shift: 18:45–07:15
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active FL RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• BLS certification required (AHA-issued)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Strong cardiac assessment and critical thinking skills
• Candidates must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
