American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health Hospice position in the Portland, OR area, requiring a minimum of 1 year of hospice travel experience and an active OR RN license.

Details

• Hospice home health setting serving Portland and the surrounding area
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule
• 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Epic EMR (remote client)

Requirements

• Active OR RN license required; WA RN license is a bonus
• Minimum 1 year of hospice travel experience required
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending credentials not accepted
• Epic EMR experience required
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
