Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health RN for a 13-week travel assignment in South Carolina, requiring a valid SC or compact RN license and a minimum of 1 year of home health experience.

Details

• Home health setting with post-acute services
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
• No on-call requirements
• Floating within scope may be required; mileage is reimbursed
• Recent Epic experience is preferred but not required

Requirements

• Active RN license in SC or a compact state; pending SC license will be considered if obtained prior to start
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of home health RN experience required; 2 years preferred
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• OASIS knowledge is a plus

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront; RTO requests after initial submission will not be considered
• Orientation includes pass/fail testing; a Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test is administered on the first day of orientation with one attempt allowed
• The facility maintains an attendance policy for travelers — missing more than two shifts in a 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review or cancellation
