Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position in Alabama, requiring ACLS and BLS certifications with drip proficiency and a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Details

• Hospital-based Med/Surg Tele unit
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• Patient ratios of up to 1:6-7
• Proficiency in drips required, including Cardizem, Tridil, and Amiodarone
• Night shift schedule (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) with block scheduling available in 3x12 or 4x12 formats based on traveler preference

Requirements

• Active AL RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Proficiency with cardiac drips (Cardizem, Tridil, Amiodarone) required
• Must reside more than 90 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License and Social Security card required for consideration
