American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with an active Hawaii SLP license and at least 1 year of recent experience for a 14-week hospital-based travel assignment in Kula, HI.

Details

• Hospital setting located in Kula, Hawaii
• 8-hour day shift, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, including weekends
• 40 hours per week
• Epic EMR is used at this facility

Requirements

• Active Hawaii SLP license required (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience within the last 3 years
• Active licenses and certifications required at time of consideration — pending credentials are not accepted
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Local candidates are welcome to apply, as the local rate is the same as the travel rate
• Candidates who have worked at this facility as a contingent worker may not exceed two years of total assignment time without a 90-day break — this applies regardless of whether work was continuous or completed across multiple assignments with gaps of less than three months
