American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for an Ambulatory Surgery position requiring 2+ years of busy OR experience and EPIC proficiency.

Details

Work in the Ambulatory Surgery unit within a hospital setting
13-week travel assignment
Day shift schedule from 07:00-17:00
On-call responsibilities required
Uses EPIC EMR system

Requirements

Active IL RN license required
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy OR department required
EPIC EMR experience required
DCI/BVP certification for Workplace Violence Prevention required (can be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or CDC resource)

Additional Information

Provide perioperative nursing care within an Ambulatory Surgery setting

The weekly pay shown in this posting, along with related figures, reflects the lower end of this range for local candidates and higher end of this range for travel candidates. Weekly travel pay includes tax-free stipends per IRS guidelines. Weekly local pay is fully taxable and therefore lower due to additional employer-paid taxes and related costs.
