American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position in Billings, MT, requiring at least 1 year of Cath Lab experience and an active MT or compact RN license.

Details

• Cardiac Cath Lab unit at a regional hospital in Billings, MT
• Day shift, 10-hour shifts (0730–1800), 4 days per week, 40 hours per week
• 11-week contract
• On-call required approximately 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month, with potential for additional call
• May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications
• EMR: Epic (charting)

Requirements

• Active MT or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience required
• ASN required; BSN preferred
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required — must not expire prior to assignment start
• ACLS required (AHA) — must not expire prior to assignment start
• Additional certifications such as NRP or PALS may be required as appropriate for the unit
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized nursing care plans
• Performs delegated medical functions, patient referrals, and ongoing monitoring of therapy and treatment plans
• Documents care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines using Epic
• Candidates who have been permanent staff at any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
• Background check and drug screen required — allow at least 2 weeks for results
