American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) position specializing in open heart cases, requiring prior travel experience and PEDS or Adult CV background.

Details

• Work in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at a pediatric hospital setting
• Specialty focus on open heart and cardiovascular intensive care patients
• 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active AR RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Certifications required prior to start: PALS, ACLS, and BLS
• Minimum of 1 year Pediatric CV experience and 1 year Adult CV experience, OR 2+ years of combined Pediatric/Adult CV experience
• At least 1 prior travel assignment required
• Must be nicotine-free
• Flu vaccine required — no exemptions accepted
• Must pass a fit test (facial hair not permitted unless for religious beliefs)
• At least 1 professional reference from within the last year required for consideration

• COVID vaccination is not required for this position
• RTO requests of 3 days or fewer will be considered (no holiday RTO)
