American Traveler is hiring a Neuro ICU/SICU RN for a day shift travel position requiring 2 years of specialty experience and active EPIC EMR experience.

Details

• Work in the Surgical and Neuroscience Intensive Care unit of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule
• Uses EPIC EMR

Requirements

• Active NY RN license required at time of consideration
• BLS certification from AHA or RQI required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Neuro ICU/SICU specialty
• EPIC EMR experience required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number required; Canadian SIN not accepted
• Must complete ICU competency testing with up to 2 attempts to pass

Additional Information

• Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility are not eligible if located in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties
• Flu vaccine exemptions are only accepted with medical documentation signed by a licensed professional; personal or religious declinations are not accepted
• More than 3 call-outs within a 13-week period may result in contract termination, and make-up shifts must be completed within 6 weeks of the last call-out
• Blocked scheduling is not permitted
• RTO must be requested at the time of consideration
• Travel pairs are not permitted for this position
