American Traveler is hiring a PACU RN for a 13-week day shift assignment requiring an active IL RN license and BLS/ACLS certification.

Details

• Work in the PreOp/PACU unit of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements
• 13-week assignment length
• Epic EMR experience preferred; candidates with less than one year of Epic experience will complete an instructor-led class

Requirements

• Active IL RN license required, must be in hand at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Less than 2 years of experience may be accepted

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted at the same bill rate
• Requested time off (RTO) limited to no more than 3 days, and not permitted during the first or last week of the contract
• Former staff of University of Chicago Medicine locations must have been separated for at least 7 months before returning as a traveler
• Facility-required training modules must be completed either remotely or during orientation, and annually thereafter
