American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for an Adult Behavioral Health unit on night shift, requiring an active AR or compact RN license and 1+ years of Behavioral Health nursing experience.

Details

• Work in the Adult Psychiatric/Behavioral Health unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract assignment
• Uses Cerner EMR

Requirements

• Active AR state or multistate RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Behavioral Health RN experience required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• SAMA certification preferred but can be completed at the facility if needed
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a behavioral health setting
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position
• RTO requests must be less than one week
• Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
